# Development
Subaru platform (Italy, Slovenia, Croatia): as Project Manager and BackEnd Dev, I took care of analyzing what was online (3 distinct sites, mainly procedural, invented and undocumented template engines, strong turnover of senior fullStackDevs who passed the baton of year in year).
The analysis was then followed by the project and development of a single platform for all countries, which, depending on the domain of the site, delivers content rather than another. In addition to the design phase, I dealt with interacting with all the agencies involved (the site interfaces via WebServices with SalesForce and Subaru has other agencies that deal with the advertising aspect with which we interact) and I coded the back-end (projecting the DB also) and the management system.
# Conclusions
The shortcomings of the hosting provider have allowed me (and obliged) to improve my skills as a systems engineer, initially setting up a temporary server and intervening later to solve various problems that have occurred over time and needs (mail in SPAM or never arrived, Nginx web-server configuration, redirects ...).
The renovation, in addition to the obvious graphical advantages (previously the site was not "responsive"), has made it possible to drastically reduce the resources involved on the project, from a maintenance perspective.
